[Recorded January 2026] Navigating graduation requirements for students experiencing school instability can be complex, but Pennsylvania’s Act 1 and a well-designed graduation plan can pave the way to academic success. In this session, participants will be introduced to the practical Act 1 Graduation Plan Toolkit, developed to streamline credit assessment, support decision-making, and empower students with experience in foster care, homelessness, and juvenile justice. The session will include a walkthrough of the new toolkit, including the Graduation Plan template’s features and functions.
